The construction team has made significant process in the construction of 2 and 6 Lamartine! Below are current updates:

• Continued site excavation and backfill of soils.
• 2 Lamartine building foundation work continuing then steel installation will begin.
• Steel installation for 6 Lamartine is near completion.
• Upgrading of site utilities which includes water and sewer lines, and electrical.
• Continued exploration of where upgraded utilities will be installed on Heath Street. Roadwork will begin once this exploration work is finalized.

• Waterproofing of underground garage so water cannot penetrate through garage walls
• Building infrastructure/foundation work is ongoing

• Continued exploration of existing utility work on Heath Street. Roadwork will begin once this exploration work is finalized.
