The construction team has made significant process in the construction of 2 and 6 Lamartine! Swing by the construction site to see for yourself! Below are current updates:

2 Lamartine St: 27% Complete || 6 Lamartine St.: 27% Complete

• Utility and infrastructure work onsite near 50 Lamartine St. is underway.
• 2 Lamartine building foundation work continuing then steel installation will begin.
• Steel installation for 6 Lamartine is complete and wood framing is ongoing.
• Upgrading of site utilities which includes water and sewer lines, and electrical.
• Continued exploration of where upgraded utilities will be installed on Heath Street. Roadwork will begin once this exploration work is finalized.
