The construction team continues to make progress on the construction of 2 and 6 Lamartine! Below are current updates:
- Utility and infrastructure work onsite near 50 Lamartine St. is ongoing.
- 2 Lamartine building foundation work close to completion then steel installation will begin, followed by wood framing
- Wood framing for 6 Lamartine is ongoing
- Upgrading of site utilities which includes water and sewer lines, and electrical.
- Continued exploration of where upgraded utilities will be installed on Heath Street. Roadwork will begin once this exploration work is finalized.
