The construction team has made significant process in the construction of 2 and 6 Lamartine! Below are current updates:
- Continued site excavation and backfill of soils.
- 2 Lamartine building foundation work continuing then steel installation will begin.
- Steel installation for 6 Lamartine is near completion.
- Upgrading of site utilities which includes water and sewer lines, and electrical.
- Continued exploration of where upgraded utilities will be installed on Heath Street. Roadwork will begin once this exploration work is finalized.
