The construction team continues to make progress on the construction of 2 and 6 Lamartine! Below are current updates:

• 2 Lamartine:
  • Steel installation is underway and wood framing will follow
• 6 Lamartine:
  • Exterior wood framing complete
  • Window installation in progress
  • Roof installation in progress
• Anna Mae Cole Community Center:
  • Foundation walls underway
• Utility Work:
  • Upgrading of all site utilities which includes water and sewer lines, and electrical.
  • Continued exploration of where upgraded utilities will be installed on Heath Street. Roadwork will begin once this exploration work is finalized.
  • Utility and infrastructure work onsite near 50 Lamartine St. is ongoing.
