The construction team has made significant process in the construction of 2 and 6 Lamartine! Below are current updates:

Building % Completion Estimate | 2 Lamartine St. ~21% , 6 Lamartine St. ~20%

• Removal of soil at construction site
• Waterproofing of underground garage so water cannot penetrate through garage walls
• Building infrastructure/foundation work is ongoing
• Steel installation to potentially begin in January or February
• Upgrading of site utilities which includes water and sewer lines, and electrical
• Continued exploration of existing utility work on Heath Street. Roadwork will begin once this exploration work is finalized.
